Our team specializes in building garages, decks, and framing, bringing careful attention to detail and craftsmanship to every job. Whether it’s creating a functional new garage, building a deck for gathering with family and friends, or framing the structure of a new home, we focus on doing the work the right way from the ground up.
About Our Team
Meet William Naeser
William, brings more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His background includes managing high-volume residential home builds across communities throughout Middle Tennessee, as well as hands-on experience building decks, framing homes, and leading construction projects from start to finish. William is also a licensed General Contractor in the state of Tennessee, bringing professional expertise and proven leadership to every project we complete.
On the weekends, you’ll find Will enjoying time with his wife Kaitlynn and son Harvey, spending time outside and working on project cars.
Meet Rick Malinowski
Rick Malinowski serves as Chief Operating Officer and brings more than 20 years of experience in property management and business operations. A longtime member of the Maine community, Rick understands the needs of local homeowners and brings valuable insight into how homes and structures perform over time.
His background in business management helps ensure our projects run smoothly, with a focus on organization, clear communication, and delivering quality results for every client.
On the weekends, you’ll find Rick exploring the Kennebec River on his boat with his wife Michele, dog Dexter, and many family and friends in the area.
Meet Nathan Malinowski
Nathan Malinowski serves as Operations Manager and helps keep our projects organized and running efficiently from start to finish. He graduated from the University of Maine in 2024 with a degree in Business and a minor in Electrical Engineering.
Nathan brings a strong foundation in business operations and problem-solving to the team, helping coordinate projects, support field operations, and ensure each job is completed with the quality and attention to detail our company is known for.
On the weekends, you’ll find Nathan spending time with his fiancee Kylie and dog Reggie, enjoying Ricks boat, taking Reggie for walks, and spending time with friends,
Meet Kaitlynn Naeser
Kaitlynn Naeser serves as Director of Marketing, helping grow the business and connect with homeowners throughout the community. She graduated from the University of Maine in 2017 and spent nine years in Nashville building her career in marketing.
With experience developing marketing strategies and building brands, Kaitlynn focuses on sharing the company’s story, strengthening relationships with customers, and helping the business continue to grow while staying true to its family values.
On the weekends, Kaitlynn enjoys spending time with her husband William, son Harvey, and dog Archie. They enjoy exploring Maine, spending time outdoors, and being with family.
Meet Nick Malinowski
Nick Malinowski is part of our field team, working alongside William on builds and supporting projects from start to finish. He brings several years of hands-on experience from his time at Bath Iron Works, where he developed strong skills in craftsmanship, precision, and working as part of a highly skilled team.
Nick applies that same attention to detail and work ethic to every project, helping ensure our builds are completed with quality and care.
On the weekends, you can find Nick spending time with his Fiancee Stefanie, hiking, exploring local restaurants with friends, and playing disc golf.
