Skilled Construction Laborer / Carpenter

Will Co Construction is looking for a reliable, experienced construction professional to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in carpentry, residential construction, remodeling, framing, decks, and general building work who is comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with our Construction Lead.

We are a family-owned construction company that values quality craftsmanship, reliability, communication, and a positive work environment. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can be trusted to manage their responsibilities on the job site, and works well as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with residential construction, remodeling, framing, decks, garages, and other building projects

  • Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently

  • Read measurements, follow project plans, and problem-solve on the job site

  • Safely and confidently use common construction tools and equipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Communicate clearly about project progress, questions, and potential issues

  • Work collaboratively and respectfully with Will Co team members, homeowners, and other trades

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hands-on experience in carpentry, construction, building, or a related trade

  • Strong understanding of basic construction methods and job-site practices

  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow through on assigned work

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship

  • Professional, respectful, and easy to work with

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of construction work
